BANDHUB AFFILIATE PROGRAM

Our Affiliate Program is a referral-based program that pays out referral fees to affiliate sites (Affiliates) in return for referring visitors who subscribe to our service.

If you feel that your site is complimentary to our service you may elect to join our Affiliate Program. For example, if you have a website that attracts bands or musicians, our Affiliate Program might interest you as our service appeals to the same people visiting your site.

You fill out an online form to join our Affiliate Program. In turn, we review your information and site and then give you access to a special code that you link to our website with. This special code allows us to track sales from a particular affiliate. You then place banners, buttons, and/or text links on your website that link to our website. If a user clicks on a banner, button or text link at your site and subscribes to our service, you would receive a 10% referral fee (e.g. 10% of our monthly service fees). Your affiliate account would be credited with each purchase and you would have 100% visibility of the activity in your account via your secure Affiliate Control Panel. Even if the user doesn't buy right away, we set a cookie to ensure that if they come back within 30 days and place an order, you get credit for the sale.

BandHub Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions To start earning money as a BandHub affiliate ("Affiliate", "you"), please submit our online registration form. You may not alter any banners, logos, or other content from BandHub's site without written permission from BandHub, a Business Unit of V1M, Inc. We will process orders placed by customers who follow links from your site to that of BandHub. We will be responsible for all aspects of order processing and fulfillment. We will prepare order forms, process payments, cancellations, and returns; and handle customer service. We will track sales made to customers who purchase our products and services using links from your site to our site and will provide you reports summarizing this sales activity. In addition, we will provide you with a unique URL that links to our homepage, as well as a URL to our special tracking system, which will allow you to view all traffic and sales from your site to ours at your discretion. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, we will pay you referral fees on all sales generated from your site, and those sub-affiliates who sign up through your site. For a sale to generate a referral fee, the customer must follow a link from your site to our site, purchase a service using our ordering system and remit full payment to us. You will earn a a referral fee as outlined in our program. Sales revenue means the price a customer pays for a service, and excludes refunds, chargebacks, fraud and taxes. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, we will pay you referral fees on a monthly basis subject to our minimum payout. If referral revenue earned is lower than the minimum payout, the balance will be carried over to the following month. We will send you a check for the referral fees earned on products or services that were ordered through our order process, less any taxes that we are required by law to withhold. Affiliates acknowledge and agree that their web site information (name, URL, traffic counts, etc.) may be utilized by BandHub. Possible uses include (but are not limited to) lists of the busiest sites, lists of member sites, etc. Participants agree to allow BandHub to use screen shots of any web page that contains the BandHub HTML code in BandHub promotional materials. The information provided by BandHub to affiliates may be proprietary in nature. Affiliates acknowledge that they are not competitors of BandHub, and agree not to share this information with any competitors. Anyone found in violation of these terms and conditions is subject to being banned or terminated from BandHub's Affiliate Program. We reserve the right to modify any of the terms and conditions contained within this Agreement, at any time, without prior notice, and in our sole discretion, by posting a change notice or new agreement on our site. Modifications may include, for example, changes in the scope of available referral fees, fee schedules, payment procedures, and Program rules. Your continued participation now, or within thirty (30) days following the posting notice of any changes in these terms and conditions, will constitute a binding acceptance by you of such rules, changes or modifications. IF ANY MODIFICATION IS UNACCEPTABLE TO YOU, YOUR ONLY RECOURSE IS TO TERMINATE THIS AGREEMENT. YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM FOLLOWING OUR POSTING OF A CHANGE NOTICE OR NEW AGREEMENT ON OUR SITE WILL CONSTITUTE BINDING ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGE. BY SIGNING UP, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO ALL ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT WE MAY AT ANY TIME (DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY) SOLICIT CUSTOMER REFERRALS ON TERMS THAT MAY DIFFER FROM THOSE CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT OR OPERATE WEB SITES THAT ARE SIMILAR TO OR COMPETE WITH YOUR WEB SITE. YOU HAVE INDEPENDENTLY EVALUATED THE PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM AND ARE NOT RELYING ON ANY REPRESENTATION, GUARANTEE, OR STATEMENT OTHER THAN AS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT.

How do I get started?
First, SIGN UP! It's quick, simple and FREE (please read our Terms and Conditions first). Next, from your Affiliate Control Panel, choose the banners, buttons and text links to place throughout your site, in email, and/or newsletters. It's simple, just copy and paste. Next, start making money! Finally, manage your account. We use one of the most advanced online partnership tracking software platforms to track all sales generated by our affiliates. So, you can be confident that your affiliate account will be accurate. You will be able to check sales and your account at any time via your Affiliate Control Panel and you will be notified via email when any of your referrals sign up. How will I get paid?
Payments will be made by check. Therefore, you must always keep your mailing address and other contact information up-to-date. We are not responsible if payments do not get to you due to an incorrect mailing address.

How much will I get paid?
If a user click's on a banner, button or text link at your site and subscribes to our service, you would receive a 10% referral fee (e.g. 10% of our service fee). Service fees are calculated based on eligible plan service fees and does not include "extra" charges.

What is the minimum account balance required before I get paid?
The minimum balance before we send out funds is $50. You can view your balance at any time through your Affiliate Control Panel.

What happens if the user I refer doesn't buy anything untill the next day? Will I still get credit for the sale?
You will still get credit for the sale. When you refer a user, a cookie is stored on their computer. As long as the user makes a purchase within 30 days of clicking on your link, you will be credited the appropriate amount.

How long before funds are sent to me?
We credit affiliate accounts after the purchase is made and the sale is finalized. Since we need to ensure against invalid or fraudulent purchases, affiliate checks are mailed out on the 20th of the month following the sale if the sale occurs between the 1st and 15th of the prior month. If the sale occurs between the 15th and end of the month, affiliate checks are mailed out on the 20th of the 2nd month following the sale. The minimum balance must be reached before a check is sent out. If the minimum balance has not been reached, it will be carried forward to the next month.

How long before I can start generating money?
You can start earning as soon as you sign up. You will receive all the link code you will need to refer customers and affiliates alike to us immediately.
